Return Eligibility
- Custom Orders: Due to the nature of our business, all custom-made window well covers, window well replacements, basement windows, picture scenes, and ladders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Each item is built to order based on the specifications provided by the customer.
- Standard Products: If you purchased a non-customized product, you may be eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery. The product must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- Free from damage or alterations
- Returned in its original packaging
🚨 Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns that are not damaged or were ordered in the wrong size by the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for any return that is not due to damage or defects.
- Exchanges: If an exchange is needed due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom window well covers, basement windows, ladders, and picture scenes
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Clearance or final sale items
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- If returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Exchanges
- Customers may exchange a window well cover for a different size or style, provided it is in good condition with no signs of use or damage.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
- If the new cover has a price difference, the customer will be responsible for the additional cost or receive a partial refund if the replacement is of lower value.
